What our support includes:

What our support does not include:

  • Item customization and installation.
  • Modifying templates to accommodate specific needs.
  • Problems related to hosting, server environment, or software.
  • Help from authors of included third-party assets.
  • Consultations related to search engine optimization or marketing.

We strive to respond to your inquiries within 3 days on weekdays (Monday to Friday) and 5 days over weekends (Saturday and Sunday). However, our support team often provides quicker responses whenever possible.
How do I find the purchase code?

Envato Elements subscriber?
According to Envato's policy, Envato Elements does not offer technical support for any items. Read more about Envato Elements' support policy.
Note: We would greatly appreciate it if you could create an admin user for us to help resolve the issue.
  • JPG and PNG file formats are accepted.
  • The maximum file size is 1 MB.
  • You can upload a maximum of 3 files.
  • To upload multiple files, first select them by holding Command (Mac) or Control (Windows).
